续修地方志要突出时代性、地方性。方志编纂创新不是倒腾形式 ,而是深入研究地情 ,从记述地情的实际需要出发 ,灵活采用记述形式 ,做到时代特色地方化 ,地方特色时代化 ,两者相辅相成。续志体例创新设想改章节体结构为条目型结构 ,史志结合 ,适当增加“史”的成分 ,增加检索渠道。
