本文在国内国际双重视域下考察了决定中国智库发展与扩大的几个关键问题。笔者认为中国智库在过去的50年间发生了巨大的变化,在中国经济发展与国际网络建立的推动下,中国政府将在2020年实现中国智库的全面发展目标。但是中国智库的发展不是理所当然的,中国智库组织的最终成功最终要由良好的公众形象、有效的促进平台以及多样化的资金来源等一些变量推动力决定。
This article examines several key issues that determine the development and expansion of China’s think tanks under the domestic and international dual perspectives. The author believes that the Chinese think tank has undergone tremendous changes over the past 50 years. Under the impetus of China’s economic development and the establishment of an international network, the Chinese government will achieve the goal of China’s comprehensive development of the think tank in 2020. However, the development of China’s think tanks is not taken for granted. The ultimate success of China’s think-tanks should ultimately be driven by some variables such as a good public image, an effective promotion platform, and a diversified source of funding.
