对双光栅绕射辐射器件谐振结构中的模式分布规律进行了分析,研究了谐振腔的结构参数对腔内电场分布的影响。结果表明,双光栅绕射辐射器件谐振结构中的电场分布受矩形腔宽度的影响显著。特别是在槽高b=λgroove/2情况,绕射辐射器件谐振模式能分解为球-柱开放腔准TEM与矩形腔中TM模式的叠加表示;在该情况下,a=λ/2是槽宽设计的较合理结果。此外,在谐振结构中加入“四分之一波长变换”结构并不能有效增强矩形腔内的电场强度,反而会对谐振腔的谐振模式及工作频率产生影响。
The pattern distribution in the resonant structure of a double-grating diffractive radiation device is analyzed, and the influence of the structural parameters of the resonant cavity on the electric field distribution in the cavity is studied. The results show that the electric field distribution in the resonant structure of the double-grating diffractive radiation device is significantly affected by the rectangular cavity width.
