《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》,描绘了未来十年我国教育改革发展的宏伟蓝图,开启了从人力资源大国向人力资源强国迈进的历史征程。《纲要》专章对职业教育进行了战略部署,突出了职业教育的战略地位和重要作用,提出了职业教育改革发展的四项重大任务,为今后一个时期职业教育的改革发展指明了方向。教育部还印发了《中等职业教育改革创新行动计
The Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020) depicts the grand blueprint for the educational reform and development in our country in the next ten years and opens the historical journey from a large human resources country to a strong one in human resources. The “Outline” monograph has carried out strategic deployment of vocational education, highlighted the strategic position and important role of vocational education, put forward four major tasks for the reform and development of vocational education and pointed out the direction for the reform and development of vocational education in the coming period. Ministry of Education also issued a "secondary vocational education reform action plan
