目的 探讨卵巢癌细胞在经多肿瘤抑制基因(MTS1)转染后其超微结构及单个细胞增殖力的变化 .方法 采用软琼脂克隆形成法 ,对比性观察卵巢癌细胞 HO- 8910在转染 MTS1后单个细胞增殖力的改变 ,并应用透射电镜观察其细胞超微结构的变化 .结果 卵巢癌细胞 HO- 8910在转染 MTS1后其单个细胞的增殖力明显下降 ,而转染空载体未产生任何影响 ;同时电镜结果示细胞在转染 MTS1后其超微结构亦出现趋向死亡的征象 .结论 MTS1可通过影响卵巢癌细胞的超微结构降低细胞的增殖力从而抑制卵巢癌细胞过度生长
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the ultrastructure and single cell proliferation of ovarian cancer cells transfected with multiple tumor suppressor gene (MTS1) .Methods Clonal ovarian cancer HO-8910 cells were transfected with MTS1 Then the changes of cell proliferation were observed and the changes of cell ultrastructure were observed by transmission electron microscope.Results The proliferation of ovarian cancer cell HO-8910 was obviously decreased in single cell after transfection with MTS1, while the transfection of empty vector did not produce any The results of electron microscopy showed that the ultrastructure of MTS1 cells also showed the tendency of death after transfection with MTS1.Conclusion MTS1 can inhibit ovarian cancer cell overgrowth by affecting the ultrastructure of ovarian cancer cells by reducing cell proliferation
