在研究 AZ-2渗铝涂层的组织结构中发现:离涂层表面约12μm 深处有一个富铬、钼,贫铝、钛的‘富集区’;在渗态和和某些静态氧化的涂层外层出现了两种不同形态的γ′-相:一种是涂层形成过程中由基底保留下来的γ′相;另一种是β-NiAl 相在静态氧化时分解而形成的γ′-相。通过对‘富集区’形态、结构和成份的观察和分析,确定了‘富集区’内由铬、钼和其它元素形成的σ-相与内层中的σ-相组成相同。
In the study of the microstructure of the AZ-2 aluminized coating, it was found that there is an enriched zone of chromium-rich, molybdenum, aluminum-poor and titanium in the depth of about 12 μm from the surface of the coating. In the case of osmosis and some static oxidation Two different forms of γ’-phase appeared in the outer layer of the coating: one is the γ ’phase retained by the substrate during the formation of the coating layer and the other is the phase formed by the decomposition of the β-NiAl phase during static oxidation γ’-phase. By observing and analyzing the morphology, structure and composition of the ’enrichment zone’, it is confirmed that the σ-phase formed by chromium, molybdenum and other elements in the ’enrichment zone’ is the same as the σ-phase in the inner layer.
