针对自动腹膜透析治疗中透析液的加热方式复杂、加热慢、温度控制不精确等问题,设计了一套基于模糊自适应PID的自动腹膜透析温控装置。该装置以嵌入式处理器为控制核心,通过温度传感器实时监测透析液和加热部件温度,控制算法尽可能快地将透析液加热到预设温度并保持稳定,同时该设计具有过热保护功能。实验结果表明:该装置加热速度快,误差波动范围小,温度控制精度高。
Aimed at the problems of complex heating methods, slow heating, and inaccurate temperature control, a set of automatic peritoneal dialysis thermostat based on fuzzy adaptive PID (PID) was designed for automatic peritoneal dialysis. The device takes the embedded processor as the control core and monitors the dialysate and the temperature of the heating component in real time through a temperature sensor. The control algorithm heats the dialysate to the preset temperature as fast as possible and remains stable, and at the same time, the design has the overheat protection function. The experimental results show that the device has high heating speed, small error fluctuation range and high temperature control precision.
