目的:探索简便快速准确检测全血中铅的方法。方法:采用Triton X-100稀释血样,利用石墨炉控制程序首次450℃通氧灰化,再次500℃灰化、原子化温度1800℃,0.1%硝酸钯+0.06%硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,石墨炉原子吸收法测定。结果:在石墨炉工作程序中增加通氧灰化能有效消除积炭干扰,0μg/L~600μg/L浓度范围内标准曲线线性良好,r=0.9992,样品RSD为2.83%~5.01%,方法的检出限为4.06μg/L,加标回收率为95.67%~101.33%,标准血样(GBW09133)的测定结果与参考值无显著性差异。结论:本方法标准系列配制简便,样品测定快速、准确、灵敏,能满足大批量血样的检测工作。
Objective: To explore a simple, rapid and accurate method for the determination of lead in whole blood. Methods: The blood samples were diluted with Triton X-100, the first oxygen ashing at 450 ℃ by graphite furnace control process, the second ashing at 500 ℃, the atomization temperature 1800 ℃, 0.1% palladium nitrate + 0.06% magnesium nitrate as matrix modifier, graphite Furnace Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. Results: The increase of oxygen ashing in the furnace working procedure can effectively eliminate the coke deposition. The standard curve in the concentration range of 0μg / L ~ 600μg / L has a good linearity with r = 0.9992 and RSD of 2.83% ~ 5.01% The detection limit was 4.06μg / L, the spiked recoveries were 95.67% ~ 101.33%. There was no significant difference between the standard blood samples (GBW09133) and the reference values. Conclusion: The standard series of the method is simple and convenient to prepare, the determination of samples is fast, accurate and sensitive, and can meet the requirement of testing large quantities of blood samples.
