预应力锚索已广泛应用于边坡、钢屋架等各种结构加固工程中,为了对结构加固后的效果进行评价,把握结构运行过程中的安全状态,以丰满发电厂厂房钢屋架加固工程为例,在基于磁弹效应测量原理的磁通量传感器的基础上开发出锚索索力监测系统,该系统可有效监测锚索张拉后的索力值、温度等参数,进而对加固系统进行综合评价。结果表明,该系统可对锚索索力进行实时监测与预警,使用该系统既可在施工阶段把握锚索张拉质量,也可在施工完成后厂房运营阶段进行长期监测,可随时把握加固系统的工作状态,进而判断系统的安全性。

In order to evaluate the effect of structural reinforcement and grasp the safety status during the operation of the structure, For example, based on the magnetic flux sensor based on the theory of magnetoelasticity, an anchor cable force monitoring system was developed. The system can effectively monitor the cable force and temperature after the cable is tensioned, and then make a comprehensive evaluation of the reinforcement system . The results show that the system can monitor and predict the cable force in real time. The system can not only grasp the tension of the cable during the construction phase, but also monitor the plant during the operation period after the completion of construction.
