The concept of posttraumatic acute renal failure (PTARF) is a serious complication of trauma patients. Often caused by a combination of factors that can occur in the trauma, also appeared in the subsequent treatment process. Although pathological changes are reversible, but the diagnosis and treatment of improper mortality is extremely high. Patients with glomerular filtration rate suddenly less than 1 to 2 ml per minute, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine increased significantly. And resulting from azotemia, body fluid too much, hyperkalemia, metabolic acidosis, delayed wound healing and coagulation disorders and other performance. It is not a single disease, but a complex and ever-changing clinical syndrome.
