我国在乒乓球运动项目上一直处于世界领先水平,其在我国各项体育运动中的地位不言而喻。当前,乒乓球运动得到大学生的广泛推崇,但仍有部分学生乒乓球基础比较薄弱,或是从未接触过这一运动,为乒乓球选项课教学有效开展带来一定阻力。基于此,本文以当前高效乒乓球选项课教学的现状为切入点,结合笔者的实际教学经验,针对性的提出了高校乒乓球选项课教学的优化路径,以期为高校乒乓球教学改革的深入开展提供一些理论参考,提升乒乓球教学的效果和质量。
Our country has always been in a leading position in the world in table tennis and its position in various sports in our country is self-evident. At present, table tennis is widely respected by college students. However, some students still have a weak foundation for table tennis or have never had any contact with the sport. This has brought some resistance to the effective teaching of table tennis options. Based on this, taking the current situation of elective pingpong course as an example, combining with the author’s actual teaching experience, this paper put forward the optimization course of pingpong elective course teaching in college in order to deepen the reform of pingpong teaching Provide some theoretical reference, improve the effect and quality of table tennis teaching.
