目的:研究自拟解郁方对慢性不可预知温和应激(CUMS)致抑郁症大鼠下丘脑—垂体—甲状腺(HPT)轴的影响。方法:40只健康成年SD大鼠随机分为四组(每组10只),分别为对照组、模型组、氟西汀组、解郁方组。采用CUMS构建抑郁模型,同时每日分别用生理盐水、氟西汀、自拟解郁方灌胃,持续21d。用药结束后,检测大鼠的体重增加、糖水偏好,评估大鼠的抑郁情况,测定血清中的T_3、T_4、促甲状腺激素(TSH)含量。结果:氟西汀和解郁方能明显改善抑郁症状,血清T_3含量升高、T_4、TSH含量降低(P<0.01)。结论:自拟解郁方可以通过调节HPT轴产生抗抑郁作用。
Objective: To study the effect of self-made Jieyu Decoction on the hypothalamus-pituitary-thyroid (HPT) axis in rats with chronic unpredictable mild stress (CUMS) -dependent depression. Methods: Forty healthy adult Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into four groups (10 in each group): control group, model group, fluoxetine group and Jieyufang group. Depression model was established by CUMS, and daily with physiological saline, fluoxetine, gavage self Jieyang recipe for 21d. After the treatment, the weight gain of rats, the preference of sugar and water, the depression of rats were evaluated, and the content of T_3, T_4 and thyrotropin (TSH) in serum were measured. Results: Fluoxetine and Jieyu Decoction can significantly improve the symptoms of depression, the content of serum T_3 increased, the content of T_4 and TSH decreased (P <0.01). Conclusion: Self-made Jieyu Prescription can have antidepressant effect by regulating HPT axis.
