一、旋毛虫病60例临床分析 我院于1982年在湖北省十堰市发现人体旋毛虫病60例,于此作一报道。 一般资料 男42例,女18例,年龄2～63岁,以青壮年最多。均有吃爆炒猪肉片及未熟透的猪肉饺子史。 临床表现 58例有发热,多在38～40℃,超过40℃有6例,最高达41.2℃,为不规则发热或弛张热,持续3～26d,平均1wk左右,其中伴畏寒出汗者42例。眼睑浮肿52例,其中兼有双下肢肿17例。病人多于晨起发现眼睑浮肿,严重者眼睑鼓起,球绐膜似水囊状。部分病人有结膜充血,出血、畏光及流
