“知之者不如好之者,好之者不如乐之者。”孔夫子的这句话实际上比较了三种学习状态的长短优劣,他赞赏和追求的当然是那种“乐于学习”的精神状态。一位教师,能通过自己的教学,使学生感受到读书的快乐,不知不觉地进入“乐于读书”的境界,这不能不说是教学的莫大成功。可是,现在一些学校的教学,令人失望。不少学生面对如山的作业,频繁的考试,沉闷的课堂,产生怕学、厌学的情绪,
“Those who know are not as good as those who are good are not as good as those who enjoy music.” This remark by Confucius actually compares the strengths and weaknesses of the three learning states, and of course his “pleasure to learn” is appreciated and pursued Mental status. A teacher, through his own teaching, enables students to feel the joy of reading, unwittingly into the “happy reading” realm, which can not but say is the great success of teaching.
