竹荪又名竹笙、仙人笠、网纱菰、竹菌等,属担子菌纲,鬼笔目,鬼笔科,竹荪属。云南已发现4个种,即长裙竹荪(Dictyophoraindusiata)、短裙竹荪(D.duplicata)、红托竹荪(D.rubrovalvata)和黄裙竹荪(D.multicolor)。目前除黄裙竹荪外,其它三种均可食用,是云南传统出口商品。近几年来,由于对竹荪的需要量增加,各地都在引种驯化,有的地区已获得人工栽培的子实体。我所对主产于滇中地区的红托
