The annual meeting of the Leasing Committee of China Association of Enterprises With Foreign Investment was held in Beijing on April 20. In their speeches, heads of state departments emphasized that the difficulties faced by leasing companies have been given great importance. They think this is a special issue that arises under special historical circumstances and special measures must be taken to solve them. And promulgated a legal interpretation of financial leasing as soon as possible to ensure the healthy development of the financial leasing industry. As a chairman, China Global Leasing Company detailed reports on the work done by the Committee last year, under the leadership of the National Association of Foreign Experts Affairs, on the promotion of financial leasing, promoting the settlement of arrears of rent, the call for legislation, and the working plan for 1994-1995.
