水利水电工程经济定额预算专业委员会(以下简称专委会)于1994年8月在吉林白山进行了换届,组建了以高安泽同志为主任的第四届专委会。两年来,在中国水力发电工程学会、中国建设工程造价管理协会的领导下,在电力工业部、水利部有关司局、两个水规总院和各设计单位、施工企业、业主单位的大力支持下,专业委员会根据本身的优势和环境,做了一些力所能及的工作。现将两年来的工作情况和今后的工作安排作一简略汇报。
The Committee on Economic Quota Budget of the Water Conservancy and Hydropower Project (hereinafter referred to as the Special Commission) was re-elected in Baigishan, Jilin Province in August 1994 and the fourth special committee headed by Comrade Gao Anze was formed. In the past two years, under the leadership of China Society of Hydropower Engineering and China Construction Engineering Cost Management Association, with strong support from the Ministry of Electric Power Industry, relevant departments of the Ministry of Water Resources, two water rules and regulations institutes and various design units, construction enterprises and owner units Under the special committee according to their own advantages and the environment, did something within its ability to work. I will brief you on the work done in the past two years and the work arrangements for the future.
