企业文化管理的微观调控是实现经济平稳健康发展的正途。企业管理理论和实践得到不断丰富和发展,企业管理的核心已由重物质的“硬性”管理转变到重精神的“柔性”管理。本文阐述了企业文化的特点及对企业文化管理的微观调控分析探索。
The micro-control of corporate culture management is to achieve a steady and healthy economic development. The theory and practice of enterprise management have been continuously enriched and developed. The core of enterprise management has been changed from the “rigid” management of heavy materials to the “flexible” management of heavyheartedness. This article elaborates the characteristics of corporate culture and analyzes the micro-regulation of corporate culture management.
