现代企业制度的建立和推行,不仅给整个经济工作领域带来深刻的变化,而且使企业思想政治工作呈现了广阔的前景.身处改革前沿的人们,对现代企业制度与思想政治工作交融中存在的诸多问题,需要进行预测和分析,以便主动适应和同步改进.从企业和经济部门初步反映来看,集中有三个问题:一是现代企业制度需不需要思想政治工作,思想政治工作在建立了现代企业制度的企业中,处于何种地位、作用?二是现代企业制度给思想政治工作提供了什么有利条件,又带来了哪些新情况新问题?三是在现代企业制度下,思想政治工作的新思路是什么?我们想根据中央《决定》等有关论述,以及十几年特别是近三年的企业经营机制转换的实践,提出以下看法.
