目的:观察治脊疗法结合中频电治疗糖尿病性尿潴留的临床疗效。方法:将糖尿病性尿潴留患者68例随机分为两组,实验组35例,采用治脊疗法结合中频电治疗;对照组33例,单纯采用中频电治疗。结果:实验组有效率为82.8%;对照组有效率为60.6%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:治脊疗法结合中频电治疗糖尿病性尿潴留可明显提高疗效。
Objective: To observe the clinical effect of treatment of chronic spinal cord combined with intermediate frequency treatment of diabetic urinary retention. Methods: Sixty-eight patients with diabetic urinary retention were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group consisted of 35 patients treated by radiotherapy combined with intermediate frequency electrotherapy. The control group consisted of 33 patients treated by intermediate frequency electrotherapy only. Results: The effective rate was 82.8% in the experimental group and 60.6% in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Treatment of chronic spinal cord combined with intermediate frequency treatment of diabetic urinary retention can significantly improve the efficacy.
