基于金兹堡-朗道理论,采用连续相场模型,研究了晶粒生长的拓扑学。结果表明,晶粒生长过程中存在两种拓扑转变机制,即近邻切换机制和晶粒消失机制;发现三边晶粒、四边晶粒、五边晶粒直接消失以及晶粒近邻切换现象,符合经典拓扑公式和欧拉公式,模拟结果与实验结果吻合。研究还发现了新的拓扑转变机制,四叉点直接分离,这种拓扑转变与经典欧拉公式存在差异。
Based on the Ginzburg-Landau theory, a continuous phase field model is used to study the topology of grain growth. The results show that there are two kinds of topological transformation mechanisms in the process of grain growth, that is, the mechanism of near-neighbor switching and the mechanism of grain disappearance. It is found that the phenomena of three-edge grains, four-edge grains, Topological formula and Euler’s formula, the simulation results are consistent with the experimental results. The study also found a new topology transformation mechanism, the quaternary point separation, the topology change and the classic Euler formula are different.
