高速动车组车体侧墙是车体关键大部件之一,其加工制造质量直接影响着车体外观、列车行驶的安全性和可靠性。针对上述问题,采用PowerMILL软件对某型号高速动车组车体侧墙进行了数控加工仿真分析,仿真系统能够有效检测出侧墙加工过程中刀具过切和与工件的碰撞。加工现场的数据测量结果表明,该加工改进方案的实施显著地提高了车体侧墙加工的质量和一次合格率,具有重要的工程应用价值。
High-speed EMU body side wall is one of the key components of the body, the quality of its processing and manufacturing a direct impact on body appearance, train safety and reliability. In order to solve the above problems, the paper uses PowerMILL software to simulate and simulate the side wall of a certain type of high-speed EMU bodywork. The simulation system can effectively detect the over-cutting and the collision with the workpiece during the process of the side wall. The measurement data of the processing site shows that the implementation of the processing improvement program significantly improves the quality of the side wall processing and the first pass rate, which has important engineering application value.
