以粗糙表面计算机仿真为手段,提出通过控制不同高度分布和自相关函数来研究粗糙度的分布特性,并基于此方法给出不同自相关长度和计算长度下各类粗糙度参数的变化规律。研究表明:相关长度对空间参数和均方根斜率、均方根曲率等形状表征参数有较大影响,而幅值参数则与其无关;计算长度取为一定值以上时,各类参数计算结果趋于稳定。通过比较幅值参数与理论结果的一致性,验证了文中算法及计算结果是可信的。
Based on rough surface computer simulation, this paper proposes to study the distribution of roughness by controlling different heights and autocorrelation functions. Based on this, the variation law of various roughness parameters under different autocorrelation length and calculation length is given. The results show that the correlation length has a great influence on the shape parameters such as spatial parameters and root mean square (RMS) rms and root mean square curvature, while the amplitude parameters have nothing to do with them. When the calculated length is above a certain value, the calculation results of various parameters Stable. By comparing the consistency of the amplitude parameter with the theoretical result, it is verified that the algorithm and the calculation result in the paper are credible.
