从河豚鱼内脏分离得到的一种具有凝集红细胞生物功能的活性物质。但不同部位提取的活性物质凝集活性不同 ,在测试的红细胞中 ,从肝脏提取的活性物质没有明显的血型专一性 ,而从卵巢提取的活性物质具有血型专一性。它们都对龟的红细胞不凝集。在PHA的协同作用下 ,活性物质对红细胞的凝集活性有明显的变化 ,在一定浓度范围内凝集活性增强 ,而浓度太低反而抑制PHA的凝集活性 ,此外 ,还对荷瘤小鼠的红细胞、脾细胞、胸腺细胞、肿瘤细胞进行了凝集活性测定
An active substance with the agglutination of erythrocytes isolated from the internal organs of puffer fish. However, the active substances extracted from different parts have different agglutination activities. In the tested erythrocytes, the active substances extracted from the liver have no obvious blood-type specificity and the active substances extracted from the ovaries have blood-type specificity. They all do not agglutinate turtles’ red blood cells. Under the synergistic effect of PHA, the agglutination activity of active substances on erythrocytes changed obviously. Agglutination activity increased in a certain concentration range, but too low concentration inhibited the agglutination activity of PHA.
