采用异硫氰酸胍法从C57小鼠海马中分离总RNA ,以肌动蛋白基因为内标用RT PCR法测定不同年龄小鼠海马NGFmRNA含量的变化。C57小鼠海马NGFmRNA含量在 6月龄和 12月龄明显低于 1月龄 ,而 6月龄与 12月龄无明显差异
Total RNA was isolated from the hippocampus of C57 mice by guanidine isothiocyanate method. The changes of NGF mRNA in hippocampus of mice of different ages were determined by RT-PCR using actin gene as internal standard. The C57 mice hippocampal NGF mRNA content at 6 months and 12 months was significantly lower than 1 month, while 6 months and 12 months of age was no significant difference
