随着我国教育事业的蓬勃发展,大学生教育逐渐受到广泛的关注,其中心理健康教育作为其中的一个重要组成部分,是各大高校所不能忽视的;心理危机属于一个心理学上的专业术语,其主要目的是通过心理教育或疏导,使大学生始终保持对生活的激情和积极向上的生活状态。对导致大学生心理危机的主要因素进行简要论述,并针对如何建立大学生心理干预机制进行分析研究。
With the flourishing development of education in our country, the education of undergraduates has been paid more and more attention. Among them, mental health education is one of the most important parts that colleges and universities can not neglect. Psychological crisis belongs to a psychology terminology. The main purpose is through psychological education or counseling, so that students always maintain a passion for life and a positive living conditions. This paper briefly discusses the main factors leading to the psychological crisis of undergraduates and analyzes how to establish the psychological intervention mechanism of undergraduates.
