以抗稻瘟病子预44为父本和感病的江南香糯为母本杂交获得F1,经一粒传建立的F7重组自交系群体为材料,在昆明宜良县应用自然诱发接种法研究分析群体的田间叶瘟抗性表现。结果表明:总样本中,其中全部表型为抗的株系有60份,约占总数的32%;全部表型为感的株系有37份,约占总数的20%;剩余90个株系抗感均有分离。最后通过Excel软件对3组数据进行方差分析得出,3个重复当中,1和3重复实验数据较好,可用于后续实验,作为子预44微效抗性基因的鉴定和定位的表型数据。
F1 was obtained from the cross of the resistant rice blast pre-44 and the susceptible Jiangnan Xiangnuo as female parent, and F1 progenies from a population of F7 recombinant inbred lines were used as materials to study the natural inoculation method in Yiliang County of Kunming Leaf blast resistance in the field. The results showed that among the total samples, 60 were all resistant phenotypes, accounting for 32% of the total; 37 were all phenotypic phenotypes, accounting for about 20% of the total; 90 were the remaining Department of anti-sense separation. Finally, ANOVA analysis of the three groups of data by Excel software showed that among the three replicates, 1 and 3 replicate experimental data were better and could be used in subsequent experiments as the phenotypic data for the identification and localization of the sub-pre-miSS gene .
