在目前的农业技术水平条件下,对农作物种子的品种纯度进行检验的最权威检测方法就是田间小区种植鉴定方法。这种检测鉴定方法是经过长期观察农作物的生长状况,来检测种子的整个生长发育情况,对每个品种特征都进行详细的观察与了解,因而所反映出的检测结果较为全面。在商品种子检验品种特性与纯度时采用田间小区种植鉴定要比采用其他鉴定方法更加准确。现本文主要对如何做好小麦的田间小区种植鉴定进行研究。文章首先简要论述了小区种植鉴定的种类,继而从选择田地、小区设计、种植管理、鉴定记录、结果计算等几个方面对其鉴定方法进行了详细分析。
Under the current conditions of agricultural technology, the most authoritative method for testing the purity of crop seeds is the identification of field planting. This detection and identification method is to observe the growth and development of the crops after long-term observation of the growth state of the crops, and to observe and understand the characteristics of each variety in detail, thus the test results reflected are more comprehensive. It is more accurate to adopt the method of field appraisal for the identification of cultivated field in the test of seed quality and purity. This article is mainly on how to do wheat field appraisal of field research. The article first briefly discusses the identification of community planting species, and then from the choice of field, plot design, plant management, identification records, the results of several aspects of its identification methods were analyzed in detail.
