目的:观察腹膜透析(PD)患者腹透前后脑电图变化。方法:对12例慢性肾衰竭患者腹透前后脑电图(EEG)进行分析。结果:PD前EEG异常率为83.3％;PD后为25％。EEG异常率与血中尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)呈正相关。结论:PD后随着EEG的改善,神经症状亦改善。PD后α波频率每秒增快0.5～1赫之(Hz)。
Objective: To observe the changes of EEG before and after peritoneal dialysis (PD). Methods: EEG in 12 patients with chronic renal failure before and after peritoneal dialysis were analyzed. Results: The abnormal rate of EEG before PD was 83.3% and 25% after PD. The abnormal rate of EEG was positively correlated with blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr). Conclusion: With the improvement of EEG after PD, neurological symptoms also improve. After the PD, the frequency of α wave is increased by 0.5 ~ 1 Hz (Hz) per second.
