目的 观察预见性思维培养对内分泌科护理管理质量的影响。方法 随机于2017 年12 月-2019 年 12 月间我院内分泌科仍在职的护理人员中选取 39 例为研究对象，在护理管理中渗透预见性思维培养，与预见性思维培养前进行对比。将培养前列入对照组，培养后列入研究组。统计我院内分泌科在培养前后的的护理管理质量。?果 与对照组相比，研究组干预后的科室护理管理质量评分、安全事件发生率、患者满意度评分均显著更好，两组数据?果对比有意义（P<0.05）。?论 在内分泌科护理管理中，通过预见性思维的培养，可以有效提升科室护理管理质量。“,”Objective：：：：To observe the influence of predictive thinking training on the quality of nursing management in endocrinology department. Methods：：：：Thirteen cases of nursing staff who were still serving in our hospital\'s endocrinology department between December 2017 and December 2019 were randomly selected as research subjects, and the management of predictive thinking was infiltrated in nursing management.
