光度法测定磷,多采用杂多酸或杂多蓝形式。由于分析工作者的广泛研究,方法已比较成熟和普及,但是这类方法灵敏度低。近年来,以碱性染料-杂多酸缔合物形式测定痕量磷的水相光度法已有了迅速发展。文献指出,将杂多酸还原成杂多篮后再与染料的缔合反应将更完全。本文详细研究了在聚乙烯醇存在下,磷锑钼蓝与丁基罗丹明B的四元缔合物的光度特性,并拟订了测定植物中磷的方法。实验表明,应用本法测定磷,灵敏度高,表现摩尔吸光系数ε为3.5X10~5 L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。
Spectrophotometric determination of phosphorus, heteropoly acid or heteropoly blue form. Due to the extensive research by analysts, the methods are relatively mature and popular, but the sensitivity of these methods is low. In recent years, aqueous phase spectrophotometry for the determination of trace phosphorus in the form of a basic dye-heteropoly acid complex has rapidly developed. The literature points out that the reduction of heteropoly acids to heteropoly basket and then the association reaction with the dye will be more complete. In this paper, the photoluminescence properties of quaternary complexes of phosphorus antimony molybdenum blue and butyl rhodamine B in the presence of polyvinyl alcohol were studied in detail. A method for the determination of phosphorus in plants was also developed. Experiments show that the method of this method for the determination of phosphorus, high sensitivity, the molar absorption coefficient ε of 3.5X10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1).
