用肼的络合物分解方法制备出丁烯氧化说氢催化剂中可能存在的几个纯氧化物相,并考察了它们的催化性能。利用这几种纯相物质配成已知混合物,探索以红外导数光谱法分析结构相同的铁酸盐尖晶石和γ-Fe_2O_3。用这一新的分析手段检测出在使用过的B-02铁系催化剂中有约10%的γ-Fe_2O_3。通过对不同组成催化剂活性的研究,提出了催化剂中存在的铁酸盐尖晶石相和γ-Fe_2O_3相在氧化脱氢反应中的协增机理,并用阴/阳离子空穴加以解释。
Several pure oxide phases that may exist in the hydrogenation of butene oxidation catalysts were prepared by the hydrazine complex decomposition method and their catalytic properties were investigated. Using these pure phase materials to form a known mixture, we explored the analysis of ferrite spinel and γ-Fe_2O_3 with the same structure by infrared derivative spectroscopy. Using this new analytical method, about 10% of γ-Fe_2O_3 in the used B-02 iron-based catalyst was detected. Based on the investigation of the activity of catalysts with different compositions, the mechanism of coexistence of ferrite spinel phase and γ-Fe_2O_3 phase in the oxidative dehydrogenation reaction was proposed and the anion / cation hole was explained.
