炸药广泛应用于军工、矿山、建筑等方面。在刑事技术中也经常遇到。扫描电镜的应用开辟了炸药晶体形态研究的新领域,新深度。炸药有其特有的火爆脾气,受不起热和撞击、摩擦。扫描电镜是利用经聚焦的电子束、照射在样品上,入射电子在样品中消耗的能量,几乎全部转换成热量,其结果是照射点样品温度升高,在观察炸药晶体时,必须引起充分注意。我们采用炸药晶体样品经充分蒸金后,在低加速电压下,用小探针电流观察,取得良好效果。
Explosives are widely used in military, mining, construction and so on. Often encountered in criminal technology. The application of SEM has opened up new fields and new depths for the research of explosive crystal morphology. Explosive has its own unique temper, can not stand the heat and impact, friction. Scanning electron microscopy is the use of a focused electron beam that impinges on the sample. The incident electrons consume the energy in the sample and are almost all converted to heat. As a result, the temperature of the sample at the point of irradiation rises and sufficient attention must be paid to the observation of the explosive crystal . We use explosives crystal samples after full steaming gold, at low accelerating voltage, with a small probe current observation, and achieved good results.
