财源建设关乎国计民生。乐清市是浙东南沿海的一个县级市,是“温州模式”的发祥地之一,改革开放十几年来经济发展十分迅速,财源建设成绩斐然,经济与财政逐步走上了良性循环的轨道。展望“九五”乃至21世纪的发展,其财源建设也面临十分艰巨的任务,需要进行认真细致的调查研究,进而提出符合乐清实际的财源建设的思路与战略。
Financial construction related to the national economy and the people’s livelihood. Yueqing City is a county-level city along the southeastern coast of Zhejiang Province and one of the birthplaces of the “Wenzhou Model.” Since the reform and opening up, the economy has developed rapidly over the past decade. With remarkable achievements in the construction of its financial resources, Yueqing has embarked on a virtuous cycle of economic and fiscal progress. Looking into the “Ninth Five-Year Plan” and even the development of the 21st century, the construction of financial resources also faces a very arduous task and requires careful and careful investigation and study, and then puts forward the train of thought and strategy in line with the reality of Yueqing’s financial resources construction.
