本文分析了6例变异型心绞痛的临床及心电图特点:胸痛多在午夜至清晨发作,有3例与运动、情绪、冷冻刺激有关;发作时心电图一组或二组导联ST段呈损伤型暂时性抬高,1例呈一过性无症状要ST段抬高,2例除ST段抬高外,同时有ST段压低,3例伴心律失常。重点讨论了本病与冠状动脉痉挛的关系。
This article analyzes the clinical and ECG characteristics of 6 cases of variant angina: chest pain and more in the midnight to early morning attack, there are 3 cases with exercise, emotional, freezing stimulation related; episodes of electrocardiogram or lead ST segment injury group for the moment One case had transient asymptomatic ST-segment elevation, 2 cases had ST-segment elevation except ST-segment elevation and 3 cases had arrhythmia. Focus on the relationship between this disease and coronary artery spasm.
