大蒜不仅是一种调味品,也具有药用价值。最近的研究表明,大蒜能降低人和动物的血糖和血脂,防止脂类在动脉中的积蓄,抑制血小板的凝集等。有效成份是两个烯丙基二硫化物(diallyl disulfide)和二丙二硫(dipropyl disulfide)。但其作用机理尚不清楚。本文研究大蒜对饲喂胆固醇或猪油的大鼠脂类代谢的影响。实验方法:用10和16周龄的雄性Spraue-Dawley大鼠以基础饲料为主给以不同处理,分别饲养4周。实验Ⅰ有5组,每组10只大鼠。第1组是基础饲料,第2组加1%胆固醇,第3组1%胆固醇加2%大蒜,第4组加15%猪油,第5组15%猪油加2%大蒜。
Garlic is not only a condiment, but also has medicinal value. Recent studies have shown that garlic can reduce blood sugar and blood fat in humans and animals, prevent the accumulation of lipids in the arteries, and inhibit platelet aggregation. The active ingredient is two diallyl disulfide and dipropyl disulfide. However, its mechanism of action is not clear. This article studies the effects of garlic on lipid metabolism in rats fed cholesterol or lard. Experimental Methods: Male Spraue-Dawley rats at 10 and 16 weeks of age were treated with different basal diet for 4 weeks. Experiment Ⅰ has 5 groups, each group 10 rats. The first group was the basic diet, the second group added 1% cholesterol, the third group 1% cholesterol plus 2% garlic, the fourth group plus 15% lard, the fifth group 15% lard plus 2% garlic.
