山东省潍坊市北宫桥是目前国内最大载重的简支梁桥面连续板桥。它的特点是:能减少桥面伸缩缝数量,桥面平整度好,提高行车舒适性和安全性,减少车辆机件振动损坏、轮胎磨耗及噪音公害,节省伸缩缝维修费用并提高运输效益等。所以推广这一项新结构不仅枝术上是合理的,经济效益也很显著。本文简要地介绍该桥的设计原理,施工工艺及试验观测资料,并以长期观测资料,论证其设计理论的合理性与可靠性,可供各建桥单位应用参考。
Weifang City, Shandong Province Beigongqiao is currently the largest load of simple-supported beam deck slab. Its features are: to reduce the number of bridge expansion joints, bridge surface roughness, improve driving comfort and safety, reduce vehicle vibration damage, tire wear and noise pollution, save joint repair costs and improve transport efficiency . Therefore, the promotion of this new structure is not only technically rational, but also significant economic benefits. This article briefly introduces the design principle, construction technology and experimental observation data of this bridge. With long-term observation data, it demonstrates the rationality and reliability of its design theory, which can be used as reference for each bridge unit.
