本文介绍了一套以 APPLE-Ⅱ型微机为核心的风动马达测试系统。该系统能对测试的全过程进行自动控制,自动保持测试过程中马达进风口的风压为额定值,对一系列不同工作点的转速、转矩、功率、进风流量、噪音等五项参数进行检测,并自动打印出测试报告以及马达的性能曲线。文章从硬件方面介绍了系统的构成及传感器的选择,并分几个部分介绍了系统的软件功能和设计时所考虑的一些环节。对如何提高系统的测试精度和抗干扰能力等方面也作了介绍。
This paper introduces a set of APPLE-Ⅱ type microcomputer as the core of the wind motor test system. The system can automatically control the whole process of testing and automatically maintain the air pressure of the motor air inlet in the test process as the rated value. Five parameters of speed, torque, power, air inlet flow and noise of a series of different working points Testing, and automatically print out the test report and the motor performance curve. The paper introduces the system structure and the choice of sensor from the aspect of hardware, and introduces the software function of the system and some aspects considered in the design in several parts.
