目的：建立黄连生物碱的高效毛细管电泳定量方法，并考察黄连与肉桂配伍前后黄连主要生物碱的含量。方法：用高效毛细管电泳法含量确定。结果：测定组分具有良好的线性关系和分离度，４种生物碱的回收率分别为９８．２８％，９８．３８％，９７．７８％，９８．８９％，ＲＳＤ分别为０．８６％，１．１２％，１．０６％，１．１１％。结论：高效毛细管电泳法定量准确可靠，方法简便可行，重复性好。黄连与肉桂配伍后黄连的各种生物碱含量均有不同程度的降低。
Objective: To establish a quantitative capillary electrophoresis method for the determination of alkaloids in Coptidis Rhizoma, and to investigate the contents of main alkaloids in Rhizoma coptidis before and after compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma with cinnamon. Methods: Determined by high performance capillary electrophoresis assay. RESULTS: The measured components had good linearity and resolution. The recoveries of the four alkaloids were 98.28%, 98.38%, 97.78%, and 98.89%, respectively. The RSDs were 0.86% respectively. , 1.12%, 1.06%, 1.11%. Conclusion: High-performance capillary electrophoresis method is accurate and reliable, the method is simple and feasible, and the repeatability is good. The content of alkaloids in Coptis chinensis was decreased in different degrees after compatibility of Coptidis Rhizoma with cinnamon.
