为了提高以水为溶媒提取穿心莲总内酯的收率,根据穿心莲内酯可以同亚硫酸氢钠起加成反应的原理,在常温条件下,用作者设计之方法──酸水法同乙醇回流法、碱水法、乙醇冷浸法、冷水浸渍法提取穿心莲总内酯,用比色法测定其含量,酸水法提取穿心莲总内酯可达乙醇冷浸法的75%以上,与乙醇回流法(A法)相当,而远远超过其它方法(D、E法),经方差分析,其与乙醇冷浸法(D法)和碱水法(B法)差异显著,而与乙醇回流法无显著差异。
In order to improve the yield of extracting andrographolide with water as the solvent, the principle of addition reaction between andrographolide and sodium bisulfite was used. Under the condition of normal temperature, the method designed by the author was used—acid-water method with ethanol reflux. The content of total lactones in Andrographis paniculata L. was extracted by the method of alkali liquor, ethanol cold leaching and cold water immersion. The content of total lactone was determined by colorimetry. The total acid of Andrographis paniculata was extracted by acid-water method to achieve more than 75% cold ethanol soaking with ethanol. The method (A method) is equivalent to, but far more than other methods (D, E method), by the analysis of variance, and ethanol cold leaching (D method) and alkaline water method (B method) significant difference, and ethanol reflux method No significant difference.
