当前,小学体育课堂,特别是小学低年段的体育课堂中,一些教师尝试开展小组合作的模式进行教学。但是常常会遇到很多问题,如:组长跑过来说“老师,我管不住他”;“老师,我们的组长太凶了,什么都要听他的”;“他们组太强了,我们接力跑怎么比也比不过他们”;“小组汇报时各位成员推来推去”;“小组中几个人忙的不亦乐乎,几个人在做自己的小动作,打打闹闹,参与不到其中”;“根本没有记住或理解老师意图,流于形式的一种讨论”;“小组或学困生积极性持续时间不长”等等。这些都是一线体育教师在小学低年段开展小组合作经常碰到的问题。因此,大部分体育教师认为学生年龄小,常规缺乏,技能少,表达能力有限等客观因素制约着小组合作形式在小学低年段体育课堂开展。加上传统教育理念的影响,以学生为主体,教师为主导的教学模式没有真正得到落实。
