2015年12月23日至25日,壶关县委组织部组织全县“第一书记”进行了集中培训。这次培训规模大,294名第一书记除20多名因事因病请假外,全都参加了培训。组织部长、乡镇党委书记、优秀村支部书记和优秀第一书记逐级登台授课,一级讲给一级听;课程内容设置了农村基层党建、信访、党风廉政建设等专题,针对性强;不但有宣誓,而且有现场交流,多数第一书记提高了认识,学会了方法,找到了工作突破口。
December 23, 2015 to 25, Huguang County Organization Department organized the county “First Secretary ” conducted a focused training. The training was large in scale with 294 First Secretary taking part in the training except for more than 20 cases of sick leave. Secretary of the Party Committee, Secretary of the Township Party Committee, Secretary of the Outstanding Village Branch, and First Secretary of the Excellent School stage by stage to give lectures at the first grade. The contents of the course include topics such as grass-roots party building in the countryside, letters and visits, and building a clean government. Not only oaths, but also on-site exchanges, most First Secretary raised awareness, learned the method and found a breakthrough in the work.
