以SSCI数据库收录的人文社会科学开放存取期刊为研究对象,调查分析其开放存取的现状和特征,为我国人文社会科学期刊开放存取的发展提供参考和借鉴。结果表明,国外高水平人文社会科学开放存取期刊的数量和质量不断提升、地区和语种发展不平衡,主要依托大学等非营利学术机构运营、广泛采用知识共享许可协议、期刊的开放和传播效果较好等特征,启示我们应充分利用我国学术期刊的运营优势、建立良好的开放存取政策、积极与开放存取期刊集群平台合作等,大力推进我国人文社会科学期刊的开放存取和国际传播、提升我国文化的软实力。
Taking the open access journals of humanities and social sciences included in the SSCI database as the research object, this paper investigates and analyzes the status quo and characteristics of its open access and provides references for the development of open access to humanities and social science journals in our country. The results show that the number and quality of open access journals of high-level humanities and social sciences in foreign countries continue to increase, the imbalanced development of regional and ethnic languages mainly relies on the operation of non-profit academic institutions such as universities, extensive adoption of knowledge sharing license, opening and dissemination of journals Better and other characteristics, suggesting that we should make full use of our academic journals operating advantages, establish a good open access policy, and actively cooperate with open access journals cluster platform, and vigorously promote China’s humanities and social sciences periodicals open access and international dissemination , Enhance the soft power of our culture.
