石油化工产业一直是国际间倾销与反倾销博弈的重点领域。入世为中国开启了真正意义上的全球经济一体化进程,并已经对中国石化产业产生了深刻影响,在拓展国际能源市场的同时,也为国外产品涌入中国市场敞开了方便之门。本文运用比较优势理论、全球经济一体化理论及自由竞争理论,分析论证了中国石化产业反倾销的现状及问题,并提出相关对策建议。
The petrochemical industry has always been a key area of international dumping and anti-dumping games. The accession to the WTO has opened up a truly global economic integration process for China and has already had a profound impact on the petrochemical industry in China. While expanding the international energy market, it also opens the door to the influx of foreign products into the Chinese market. This paper analyzes the status quo and problems of anti-dumping in Sinopec industry by using the theory of comparative advantage, the theory of global economic integration and the theory of free competition, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
