提出计划调节和市场调节相结合,在理论上是一个突破性的进展,在实践中成效显著。目前,对于计划调节和市场调节相结合的必要性,已无大的争议。但是,结合的具体方式如何,又怎样运用各种有关的经济杠杆,把两者联接起来,都还是有待进一步探讨的中心课题。下面,我们组织校内外教师和理论工作者,从不同的侧面,就某一、二个问题,各叙己见,开展讨论,以期活跃思想,促进学术争鸣。
Put forward that the combination of planning adjustment and market regulation is a breakthrough in theory and has achieved remarkable results in practice. At present, there is no major controversy over the need for a combination of planning and market regulation. However, it is still a central issue to be further discussed how to combine various specific modes and how to use various related economic levers to link the two. In the following, we organize teachers and theoreticians both inside and outside our school to discuss the issue of one or two issues and each other’s opinions on different sides, with a view to enlivening our thinking and promoting academic contention.
