近年来有文章在讨论催化剂的概念时指出:催化剂是在化学反应中能增大反应速率的物质的提法不妥,认为应当将“增大”表述为“改变”更为妥当。并进一步提出:催化剂包括正催化剂和负催化剂,在化学反应中能减慢化学反应速率,但本身的化学性质和质量在反应前后都没有发生改变的物质,同样也称为催化剂。笔者认为上述提法是一种离开了科学发展的、过时了的观点。一、催化和催化剂
In recent years, when discussing the concept of catalyst, an article pointed out that the catalyst is not suitable to describe the substance that can increase the reaction rate in a chemical reaction, and it is more appropriate to express “increase” as “change” . Furthermore, it is further proposed that the catalyst, including the positive catalyst and the negative catalyst, can slow down the chemical reaction rate in the chemical reaction, but the substance whose chemical property and quality have not changed before and after the reaction is also called the catalyst.
