目的了解和评价河源城区托幼机构的卫生状况和消毒质量。分析存在问题及提供解决办法,促进托幼机构卫生管理水平的提高。方法根据卫生部《消毒技术规范》和《广东省医疗机构、托幼机构消毒质量监测实施方案》,于2007年对河源市城区各幼儿园室内空气、物体表面、餐厨具、玩具、手消毒效果结果进行统计学分析。结果城区幼儿园消毒质量总合格率为84.68%,集体单位经营幼儿园消毒质量好于个体承包幼儿园,两者差异性显著(P<0.05),在所有检测对象中,幼教人员和幼儿手消毒的合格率最低,只有71.27%。室内空气合格率集体单位经营幼儿园比个体经营幼儿园高,两者差异性显著(P<0.05)。结论河源市城区幼儿园消毒质量集体单位经营好于个体承包的幼儿园,但手合格率都较低,存在疾病传播的隐患,都应加强监管。
Objective To understand and evaluate the health status and disinfection quality of nurseries in Heyuan city. Analyze the existing problems and provide solutions to promote the improvement of health management level of child care institutions. Methods According to the “Technical Specifications of Disinfection” of the Ministry of Health and the “Implementation Plan of Disinfection Quality Monitoring of Medical Institutions and Kindergartens in Guangdong Province”, the results of indoor disinfection of indoor air, surface of objects, kitchen utensils, toys and hand in each kindergarten of Heyuan City in 2007 Statistical analysis. Results The total qualified rate of disinfection in urban kindergartens was 84.68%. The disinfection quality of kindergartens operated by collectives was better than that of contracted kindergartens (P <0.05). The pass rate of hand disinfection of preschool children and kindergarten children in all the test subjects was significant The lowest, only 71.27%. Indoor air pass rate of kindergartens operating more than self-employed kindergartens, the difference was significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Heyuan City Kindergarten disinfection quality of collective units operating better than individual contracting kindergarten, but the hand is low, there are hidden dangers of disease transmission should be strengthened supervision.
