预防青少年违法犯罪。有一项工作是较易为人们所忽视的,这就是如何解决大量初中毕业生未能升学,处于自流的教育“断层”状态。目前,广东全省每年有57.7%的初中毕业生未能升学,这不仅给劳动就业、基层工作带来压力,而且更重要的是给青少年违法犯罪行为的产生创造了客观条件。因此,这一问题亟需引起注意。十一届三中全会以来,广东省经济发展较快,
Prevention of juvenile delinquency. There is a work that is easier for people to ignore, which is how to solve a large number of junior high school graduates failed to go to school, in a “fault” educational state.
