在幼儿教育中,家长与教师是共同教育幼儿的合作伙伴,因此教师与家长要形成良好的沟通关系,教师对待家长要平等、耐心、真诚,使家长对教师产生信任感。所以,幼儿教师在日常工作中应该了解幼儿家庭教育环境,达成教育共识;化解家长间矛盾与误会,支持班级教师工作;充分发挥班级家委成员家园沟通代言人作用。保证家园合作的和谐、平等、友好,是顺利开展一日活动,保障幼儿身心健康发展的支撑与基础。
In early childhood education, parents and teachers are cooperative partners in educating young children. Therefore, teachers and parents should form good communication and teachers treat parents as equal, patient and sincere, so that parents can have trust in teachers. Therefore, kindergarten teachers in their daily work should understand the family education environment for young children to reach an education consensus; to resolve conflicts and misunderstandings among parents in support of class teacher work; give full play to the role of family members of the class members of the family communication advocate. Ensuring the harmony, equality and friendship of homeland cooperation is the foundation and support for the smooth development of day activities and the protection of children’s physical and mental health.
