教育部公布的《义务教育学校校长专业标准》,明确要求义务教育学校校长要成为“教师专业发展的促进者”。在促进教师专业发展过程中,校长要履行好“引领教师专业成长”职责,这就给我们的日常工作提出了明确的要求,需要我们在工作的过程中做好榜样带头作用、激发教师教学活力、注重教师技能提升、优化教育管理方式、创设良好教学氛围,科学做好教学管理工作,提升学校教学效率。
The “Professional Standards for Principals of Compulsory Education Schools” promulgated by the Ministry of Education explicitly require that principals of compulsory education schools become “facilitators of the professional development of teachers”. In promoting teachers’ professional development, principals should fulfill their duties of “leading the professional development of teachers”, which sets clear requirements for our daily work.
